Who is responsible
Jiří Hozman, operating this portfolio as FrameGFX, is the controller of personal data submitted through framegfx.com. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Contact enquiries
The contact form collects your email address and the message you choose to send. I use these details to reply, discuss your project and, where relevant, take steps towards a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other business correspondence is handled on the basis of my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing these details is voluntary, but I cannot reply without contact information. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential materials that are not needed for your enquiry.
Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a collaboration are retained for no more than 12 months after the last communication and are then deleted. If an enquiry leads to a contract, relevant correspondence may be retained for the duration of the collaboration and any applicable legal recordkeeping or claims periods. Security rate-limit identifiers are stored as keyed hashes and expire after a short period, normally 10–60 minutes; they are not used for advertising. Hosting and security providers may retain operational logs under their own documented security and retention arrangements.
Service providers and security
The website is hosted by VEDOS and email is handled through Seznam Email Profi. Cloudflare provides traffic protection and Turnstile checks to reduce automated abuse. These services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, request time and security signals. Security processing is based on the legitimate interest in protecting the website and correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Contact messages are sent to my mailbox; the form does not keep a separate message archive in WordPress.
Cloudflare operates internationally. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the applicable safeguards are described in Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum, including standard contractual clauses where relevant. See also Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies and external links
The portfolio does not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Essential storage may be used for security checks, administrator sign-in and the site’s navigation animation. Links to social networks open those providers’ services, where their own privacy policies apply. The site does not automatically add contact-form senders to a mailing list.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) or your local supervisory authority. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made about you.
